Remote administration

Everything done on the machine can be done remotely

Kalerm machines connected to Coffee Cloud are administered in full from a browser or from the application. Recipes, prices, operating reports, alarms and work orders: every operation available at the machine's panel is equally available remotely, for a single machine or for the entire network.

The principle

Everything done on the machine can be done remotely.

It is not a remote control, and it is not a monthly report sent by email. It is the same set of operations, available in two places: at the machine's panel and in the platform. The difference is set out in the right-hand column.

Modifying a drink recipe

At the machine's panel From the machine's service menu, drink by drink.
In Coffee Cloud From a single screen, applied to every identical machine.

Introducing a new drink

At the machine's panel Configured at the machine's panel and tested on the spot.
In Coffee Cloud Created in the platform and transmitted to the site, with no travel.

Reading the drinks counter

At the machine's panel From the machine's statistics, consulted on site.
In Coffee Cloud Production and sales by day, week and month, with the report sent automatically.

Flagging a shortage of supplies

At the machine's panel When the machine displays the warning — that is, once selling has stopped.
In Coffee Cloud Through a material-shortage notification, before selling is interrupted.

Requesting a service intervention

At the machine's panel By telephone, by describing the message displayed.
In Coffee Cloud Through a work order with the machine's serial number and fault code attached.

The dashboard

The entire network, in three indicators.

The number of drinks prepared on the current day, the open data alerts and the machines in fault. Below them, the state of the fleet: in service, in fault, out of supplies.

It is the screen consulted at the start of the working day and, on most days, the only one required.

01

Equipment

Enrolling and withdrawing machines, modifying parameters, remote control and operating status: in service, in fault, or out of supplies.

02

Beverages

Recipes are modified with a single command, with no operation at the machine's panel, and new products are added in the same place.

03

Operating data

Production, sales and maintenance data, presented in charts, with daily, weekly and monthly reports sent automatically.

04

Notifications

Operating anomalies and shortages of supplies are signalled by a message in the application, the moment they arise.

05

Work orders

Repairs and services are tracked as orders, with planned work, transfers between technicians and approvals.

Each machine, with its identification and its status.

The equipment list presents the serial number, the location and the status of each machine. When a parameter moves out of limits — water level, waste bin, bean reserve — the alert appears on that machine's record, not in a log that has to be opened separately.

The work orders record the history of interventions: what was replaced, when and by whom.

Reporting

The reports are sent automatically.

Daily

The production of each machine, broken down by drink, with the distribution across the hours of the day.

Weekly

The comparison between sites and the ranking of machines by production and sales.

Monthly

The consolidated report, together with the maintenance data — the basis for the supplies budget.

Reports are sent to the accounts you nominate. The platform interface is available in English.

The situations in which it matters most.

Networks with several sites

The same recipe and the same price across every machine, set once.

Offices and coworking spaces

No member of staff is responsible for the machine. Supplies are replenished on a notification, not on a complaint.

Vending operators

The replenishment route is planned from each machine's actual consumption, not from a fixed calendar.

Fuel stations and shops

Extended hours and staff on rotation. Machine status is verified remotely, at any hour.

We connect the machines and hand over the platform configured.

Tell us the number of machines and the locations in which they operate, and we will send you a quotation covering the appropriate models, the Coffee Cloud connection and training for your team.
