Who we are.
Smart Coffee Solutions SRL is an importer and distributor of professional coffee equipment, based in Bucharest. We bring traditional and automatic espresso machines, grinders, water filtration systems and barista accessories to Romania, from manufacturers we work with directly.
We work with HoReCa, offices, vending operators and resellers. For every project we start from the real consumption volume, the available space and the water quality on site, then recommend the configuration that fits.
Distribution without technical support does not interest us. Every machine we deliver stays on our records, with the history of interventions and replaced parts, and service is provided by our own technicians, backed by a partner network across the country.
A presentation site, not an online shop: displayed prices are informative only, and final commercial terms are set through a quote request.

A professional espresso machine does not end at delivery. What keeps a venue running is everything that follows.

- We check the electrical connection and the water parameters, then set pressures, temperatures and recipes around the coffee you serve.
- 02 Planned maintenance
- Group cleaning and checks, gaskets and water-filter replacement, scheduled in slots that do not disrupt service.
- 03 Original parts
- Parts inventory for the brands we distribute, orderable from the B2B platform, with the machine history in view.
- 04 Training for your team
- Grinder adjustment, recipe building, milk texturing technique and daily cleaning procedures.
- 05 24/7 assistance for B2B partners
- Requests are taken at any hour and remote diagnosis begins immediately. Interventions are carried out by our own technicians, backed by a partner network.
